Supported Cryptocurrencies
TrustEscrow currently supports deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT on three networks: TRC20 (TRON), ERC20 (Ethereum), and BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain).
Choosing the Right Network
Always match the network when sending USDT. Sending USDT on ERC20 to a TRC20 address (or vice versa) will result in lost funds. Check the network label carefully before sending.
Confirmation Times
Bitcoin typically requires 1-3 network confirmations (10-30 minutes). USDT on TRC20 and BEP20 is usually faster (5-10 minutes). ERC20 varies based on network congestion.
Upload Proof
After making your deposit, always upload a screenshot or PDF of your transaction as proof. Include the transaction hash (TxID) for faster verification.
